Teaching Learning outcome 4: Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning sessions delivered and your
own practice.
Evaluation and Review
This is a method to measure the overall effectiveness of your training. It is easier to give out some
type of form which the candidates can complete.
You will need to know:
• Was the training appropriate to your candidates?
• Evaluates you as a trainer – is there need for improvement or
adjustment?
• Was the course appropriate or too demanding for the candidates?
