Consolidation
Administration
It is your job as a teacher or trainer to enable
your candidates to consolidate their training
and learn to apply it to their working
environments. Therefore, the skill of
consolidation is essential. There are many
ways in which consolidation can occur:
• Allow the candidates to discuss
particular problems that they have
encountered. However, instead of
‘dealing’ with the issue, encourage them
to resolve their problems themselves with the knowledge they have gained.
• Give the candidates problems to solve. Again, allow them to apply the knowledge they have
gained during the course. Lesson Plans
• Use practical examples to illustrate the theory as applied to the working environment.
