REMEMBER: Think about when you will give out the evaluation forms to the candidates. You will
also need to gain some information from your candidates. Evaluation sheets given to candidates as
the course is finishing can become just a ‘tick box’ exercise as candidates, at this point, can be more Administration
focused on leaving rather than the evaluation form.
