Introduction
Teaching Planning and Delivering Learning Session to Groups

(PDLS2G)

This award is an introductory qualification for anyone wanting
to teach or train others in the Further Education and Skills
Sector. It is an introductory qualification and although it will
provide with a firm basis to teach, it will not fully qualify you
as a teacher. You can then take a further teaching
qualification if required. It is the first step on the teaching qualifications' ladder and is actually, the first
day of the Education and Training Award. If you decide to top-up your qualification to this award, you
are exempt from the first day of this course and you get a reduction on the price too, contact Abertay
Office for further details.

The Planning and Delivering Learning Session to Groups (PDLS2G) is aimed at anyone seeking to
Administration • adult education • on site learning centres
teach or train in the following contexts:

• prisoner and offender centres
• armed, emergency and uniformed
services
• charitable organisations
• probation services
• community education • private sector learning
• public sector learning
• further education colleges • schools and academies
