This accredited Child Protection Trainer Award is designed for professionals who want to teach child protection awareness, safeguarding procedures, and reporting obligations in schools, nurseries, care settings, and any organisation working with children.
Upon completion, you will receive a SafeCert Level 3 Child Protection Trainer Award and a complimentary PDLSG teaching qualification, enabling you to deliver accredited child protection training and issue certificates to your delegates.
The course is available at venues across the UK and via live Zoom. In-house delivery is available for schools, nurseries, and care organisations with 6 or more delegates.

Child protection training in the UK is underpinned by several key pieces of legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and 2004, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023 statutory guidance), and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE 2024 for schools).
