Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector
We specialise in Train the Trainer Courses not only PTLLS Teacher Courses but also First Aid, AED, Health & Safety, CIEH Professional Trainers and Lifeguard. This PTLLS - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector is the same award from Ofqual as the 7303 (was 7302) City and Guilds PTLLS award. This is the starting Level 3 teaching qualification for anyone involved in the delivery of learning. This course is only £450 and will cover the following outcomes:
- Adopt an integrated approach to the theory and practice of teaching and training
- Reflect on their own previous / current levels of experience, practice and skills, and potential for development
- Build up knowledge of principles of learning, teaching, assessment and evaluation
- Develop their own communication and interpersonal skills
- Develop an awareness of their professional role, the essential value systems which underpin it and the legal requirements for carrying out that role
Successful candidates would then have a teaching qualification which is accepted by the following:
