AED Defibrillation Training Course

Abertay provide the AED Training Courses for all candidates as we feel this essential and extremely easy to use lifesaving peace of equipment, should be learned by as many as possible. The AED Training Course is only 4 hours of which 2 hours are on CPR and we also supply AED Units We can of course do in-house aed defib courses at your venue anywhere in the UK or N/S Ireland. All persons passing the course will receive a AED Defibrillation Training Certificate valid for 6 months. At the end of the course candidates will be competent in the following:

Heart Conditions
CPR Protocols

Resuscitation
Using the AED

If Oxygen is also required it would also include the following:

Use of Oxygen

Safety in the Use of Gasses
